Our charitable giving program, Callahan Financial Planning Gives Back, allows our clients to nominate one charity per year to receive a donation of 5% of our annual income. Employees of Callahan Financial Planning Company are not eligible to participate in the selection process, and only clients may select the receiving charity. Each client household may vote for one charity.

Generally any eligible charity recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) non-profit, tax-exempt organization may be nominated. The charity receiving the most nominations will be provided with the proceeds for this year. The winning charity will be announced to clients later in 2015. You may view a list of current exempt organizations on the IRS website here.
